What You'll Train

Built To Never Age Out Of

Fundamentals class is where you learn the sequence. All Levels is where it gets stress-tested against a partner who isn't cooperating. Each week runs a themed technical cycle - a takedown series, a guard system, a submission chain - so the class builds real depth instead of restarting from zero every session. Partners rotate across belts, so a white belt drills next to a black belt in the same room, each working the same technique at their own pace. Nothing here is watered down for beginners or slowed down for advanced students - the rotation itself handles that. It's built to be the class you're still showing up to five years in, not something you graduate out of.

White → BlackA Class You Never Age Out Of

All experience levels - white through black belt. A class you never age out of.

Why Belts Train Together Here

Ego Is What Actually Stalls Progress, Not Belt Level

Rotating partners across every belt in the same room only works if the higher belts in it are actually training, not performing. The real, checkable test: does a black belt let a white belt catch a real position or submission when it's legitimately earned, or does status take over the moment it's about to happen? Across multiple respected instructional texts, the same pattern shows up as the single biggest obstacle to real skill - not talent, not time on the mat, but whether ego is allowed to override honest feedback. It's also the reason a beginner drilling next to a black belt in this class isn't a mismatch. Real training partners at every level in this room are expected to give you a genuine look, not a performance - that standard is exactly what makes the rotation work.

The same idea, independently named, across multiple respected instructional texts: ego is the actual ceiling, not belt level.

What To Expect

What A Class Actually Looks Like

No surprises on day one. Every Adult All Levels session follows the same real structure.

01

Technical Theme

Each week runs a themed cycle - a takedown series, a guard system, a submission chain - so the class builds real depth instead of a new random topic every night.

02

Positional Drilling

Partners rotate across belts. You drill the week's technique against a partner matched to a fair pace, not just a cooperative demo.

03

Flow Rolling

Live rounds close the class, worked at a controlled pace so technique - not just strength or size - decides what works.

Common Questions About Adult All Levels

The three areas grappling loads hardest - hips, shoulders, and lower back - respond best to controlled positional work and tapping early, not toughing out bad positions. Real injury prevention is about how you train, not whether you train.

Grappling puts joints through ranges of motion everyday life never asks for - deep hip rotation, spinal twisting under load, shoulder positions most people never test. Mobility work isn't optional extra credit here, it's what keeps you training long-term.

Same family of grappling skills, three different paths. BJJ spends most of its time on the ground working control and submissions, where Judo and Wrestling are built around getting the fight there in the first place. All Levels is BJJ's ground game, full stop.

Yes, if it isn't paired with the strength to control the range of motion you have. Flexibility without stability is how joints get put in positions they can't hold under pressure - the drilling in this class builds both together, not just one.
