1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.viabjj.com or submitting any form on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

2. About VIA Academy

VIA Academy LLC operates VIA Jiu Jitsu Academy, a martial arts training facility located at 333 Quarry Rd, Milford, CT 06460. The academy offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, and related training programs for youth and adults.

3. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to the following SMS terms:

• Program: VIA Academy LLC text messaging program
• Sender: VIA Academy LLC, (475) 260-8755
• Purpose: Recurring marketing and informational text messages including membership updates, class schedule reminders, promotional offers, event announcements (tournaments, seminars, open mats), trial class confirmations and follow-ups, new program launches, and belt promotion notifications
• Age restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm you are 18 or older.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your membership status and activity
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You can opt back in at any time by texting START.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message or contact [email protected] or (475) 260-8755.
• Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from VIA Academy LLC.

4. Charter Membership Interest Form

Submitting the charter membership interest form on our website does not constitute a binding membership agreement or require payment. It reserves your place in our pre-sale queue. VIA Academy LLC will contact you prior to the academy's opening to complete enrollment. All membership terms, pricing, and conditions will be provided at that time.

The charter membership rate of $160/month is subject to availability and is limited to the first 100 members who complete enrollment. VIA Academy LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, availability, and terms at any time prior to final enrollment confirmation.

5. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its backend systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data beyond what is permitted in our robots.txt

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, video, and design — is owned by or licensed to VIA Academy LLC. The VIA brand, logo, and associated marks are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Haven County, Connecticut.
