Real Rounds, Zero Sparring
Cardio Kickboxing is real conditioning work built around striking - punches, kicks, knees, and footwork thrown against pads or a bag, never at another person. That last part is a deliberate, permanent feature of the class, not a beginner phase you graduate out of: there is no live sparring here, ever. A real punch or kick engages far more than the striking limb - hip rotation, core bracing, and footwork on every combination - which is what separates this from a low-impact aerobics class set to music. Because you're working against equipment, not an opponent forcing pace or intensity on you, the class is entirely scalable to your own fitness level from the very first session.
All levels welcome. No experience required. No belt, no sparring - ever.

Common Questions About Cardio Kickboxing
- Is Cardio Kickboxing actually a real workout?
Yes - a genuine high-intensity, full-body workout, not aerobics with punching. A real punch or kick engages the hips, core, and footwork on every strike, which pushes heart rate up closer to interval training than a typical low-impact fitness class.
What makes it genuinely full-body- Is it safe if I'm out of shape or overweight?
Yes - entirely scalable to your own fitness level. Since you're working against a bag or pads, not a live opponent, there's no one forcing your pace or intensity, and you control your own tempo from the very first class.
Why it's scalable to any fitness level- How often do I need to go to actually see results?
A realistic, consistent schedule - not a fantasy commitment level. Real results come from showing up regularly over weeks and months, the same pattern that drives progress in any conditioning-based training.
A realistic commitment level- Is it actually good for weight loss?
Yes, as part of a consistent routine - real, meaningful calorie burn from a genuinely full-body effort, not a marketing claim. It works the way any real conditioning program works: consistency over time, not a single class.
